A FOOD and fitness fan has revealed her pumpkin pie recipe.
It promised all the indulgence of this Thanksgiving staple without any of the guilt.
Her version was only 40 calories per slice but you wouldn't even know.
It was so good, totally scrumptious, and tempted the taste buds.
Sam Gwaz (@thesamplan) considered it so lip-smackingly excellent that she described it as her "Roman Empire."
She has 48,000 followers on her TikTok, where she shares her love of, “food and fitness in that order.”
In this post, she rolled out her: “40-calorie, crustless pumpkin pie."
Crustless Pumpkin Pie
TikTok user Sam Gwaz’s (@thesamplan) recipe for crustless pumpkin pie is only 40 calories per slice – and tastes so good.
1 can pumpkin purée
1 cup almond milk
Third a cup of protein flour
Fifth a cup of sweetener
2.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons corn stratch
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients then pour into pie pan.
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
Cool for at least 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least six hours.
Add a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
After making their own, one fan regarded her recipe as "public service," it was that good.
It was super-easy to make too. Into a bowl, she added all the ingredients.
A can of pumpkin purée, one cup of almond milk, a third a cup of power flour, and a fifth of a cup of sweetener.

To this, she included 2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract, two teaspoons cinnamon, two teaspoons baking powder, two teaspoons corn starch, one teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
“Mix all ingredients then pour into a pie pan," instructed Sam.
"Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Cool for at least 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least six hours."
When the time was up, she took a slice "added a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy," she said tucking in.

Commenters couldn't wait to try this dessert idea out.

Some couldn't wait however, and had already made theirs. The feedback was good.
