Vanessa Feltz’s former partner, Phats & Small singer Ben Ofoedu, has made a cryptic comment as Celebs Go Dating airs.
The E4 show is currently underway, and Vanessa, 61, is one of the singletons looking for love. The presenter signed up shortly after splitting from Ben after it emerged that he had cheated on her multiple times.
Ben, 51, has seemingly made his feelings clear on his ex’s dating antics.
On Instagram, he posted the words: ‘The truth always comes out in the end’ with Ravens Rock’s instrumental version of Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics.
Leaving us to figure out what he means Ben decided to not write a caption.
There was some support for him in the caption from fans including one person who wrote: ‘Very true.. think people are seeing a different side to Vanessa now after the showdown. I just watched’.
‘What’s done in the dark eventually finds the light,’ added another.
‘Yes and those who sit in silence have the most dignity and respect for the other party. Silence and respect to you,’ remarked another.
Ben’s account liked all of the above messages but has since turned the comments section off for people he does not follow.
Vanessa recently shocked Celebs Go Dating viewers with her response to a date that wasn’t going quite how she wanted.
She met with a man called Richard from Manchester, who the dating agency had paired her up with, but didn’t seem to want to engage in any conversation with him.
While Richard tried some small talk about their careers, Vanessa looked pretty disinterested and was giving some side-eye as she sipped her cocktail and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there.
Mid-way through the chat she then picked up her phone and started texting as Richard was speaking.
Instead of staying to enjoy the meal, Vanessa made her move – which involved getting up and leaving.
Wishing her date the best, she gave him a handshake and made an impressive French exit as Richard asked the camera crew if he could continue with his meal alone.
‘Shocking manners from Vanessa,’ one person posted on Twitter.

‘I have always liked Vanessa but that was cruel. He may not have been the man for her but it was nasty to leave half way through the meal,’ someone else shared.
Another added: ‘Vanessa Feltz was so rude to that guy. Poor thing. Hope he’s okay.’
However, someone else made clear they admired her approach, writing: ‘Life’s too short, mate.’
On the previous episode of the show, Vanessa spoke about the end of her relationship with Ben, 51, saying she was ‘happy to love him’ but that he ‘trickled down occasional filaments of love every so often to make me think he loved me’.
Metro.co.uk contacted Vanessa and Ben’s representatives for comment.
Celebs Go Dating continues Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4.
