UNDERCOVER and Medicom Toy, brands with a long history of collaboration, have teamed up again to release what they’re calling “KUBRICK,” a BE@BRICK modeled after famed film director Alfred Hitchcock — available as a 100% and 400% set.
Hitchcock is widely acclaimed as the “Master of Suspense” and is most famous for his work in the suspense and psychological thriller genres. His innovative directing style, characterized by pioneering camera techniques and a unique flair for visual storytelling, set new standards in cinema. Some of his most notable films include Psycho, Rear Window, Vertigo, The Birds and more.
Notably, UNDERCOVER’s founder and head designer, Jun Takahashi has made it known that he is a big fan and has great respect for the late director, something he made apparent through an official fashion collaboration featuring Psycho IP on pieces in the Fall/Winter 2022 Men’s Collection.
As for the UNDERCOVER x Medicom Toy’s “KUBRICK” Alfred Hitchcock BE@RBRICK set, it’s available for purchase now via the fashion label’s official site, for a price of $208 USD.
