For Fall, Copenhagen-bred design label Tekla has crafted a fresh set of colorful percale bedding, spanning sheets, duvet covers and pillow shams. The autumnal lineup, which intends to complement and contrast the brand’s existing designs, includes a bevy of brand staples in three confident new tones.
Building on the ever-expanding Tekla universe, the newly-debuted colors include “Petal Pink,” which offers a soft, rosey hue, “Ligonberry,” which boasts a strong magenta tone, and “Vintage Green,” which lends a faded grassy flair to the line’s comfort-first designs. Like previous releases, each piece in the collection is sold separately to allow for individual pairings and creative expression.
Made in Portugal, the bedding components enlist 100% organic cotton for a lightweight weave that retains the “feeling of freshly washed sheets,” per the brand. Notably, the label’s designs are woven with extra-long yarns that gently soften over time without pilling, and each piece is finished with a stonewash that supplies a signature, soft hand-feel.
