Kylie Minogue discusses searching for her ‘inner Monty Don’
Age-defying beauty Kylie Minogue admitted that she “hardly ever works out” as the 55-year-old Australian popstar admitted to slowing down over the years, despite still maintaining her fabulous figure. Kylie explained in an open and honest interview that she no longer focuses on strict exercise routines. Instead, she has opted to lead a more active lifestyle.
Speaking in an unearthed interview with the Express, she discussed how she is “always on the go”.
She revealed: “I don’t really work out, but I’m constantly on the go”.
Every now and then, she attends a Pilates session, but her attitude to exercise has changed over the years.
Looking back over the years she shared that she had a much greater interest in fitness.

She recalled: “I loved aerobics and I used to do callanetics.
“I would travel everywhere with this home workout on a VHS tape and put it on in hotel rooms.”
Explaining how she has kept her jaw-dropping figure, she said that despite not following a restrictive diet she did opt for more healthier choices.
The star also began a low-glycemic index (low-GI) diet a number of years ago. The eating plan is based on how foods affect blood sugar levels and includes foods such as lentils, beans, wholegrains, nuts and seeds which release their energy more slowly.

Kylie first shot to fame playing the role of Charlene Robinson on the Australian soap opera, Neighbours, back in 1986.
After her debut on the small screen, she later moved to songwriting.
The singer dominated the globe with hits Can’t Get You Out of My Head, I Should Be So Lucky, and the Loco-Motion and saw her earn the title Princess of Pop.
During her successful career, Kylie has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages. This weekend you can see her perform at the Royal Albert Hall.
The Australian singer graced the stage in an Audience with Kylie Minogue.
She performed some of her favourite songs from her 35-year singing career and “answered some surprising questions” from the audience.
