Marks and Spencer has launched its 2023 Christmas food menu made up of a range of festive dishes that are made to be shared.
Shoppers can get into the winter spirit early by browsing the assortment of new products, which includes a new Christmas jumper for Colin the Caterpillar in addition to staples like turkey.
The retailer has revealed the date that shoppers can pre-order their festive feasts, and it’s earlier than people may think.
Some items have hit M&S shelves already, though the full Christmas range is also available online after launching on Tuesday, September 26.
A massive 60 items in the festive food-to-order range are exclusively online, which is where customers should head to book their slot in time for December 25.

M&S lovers who secure a slot will be able to collect their orders in-store from December 21 to 24.
For the first time, party food will also come with air fryer instructions, and there’s also an everything-in-the-box £45 Christmas turkey dinner that takes just 60 minutes to cook.
The range obviously includes party foods and nibbles such as Snowman-faced vegan bao buns that are already proving a hit on social media.
Some of the standout dishes from the Christmas Food to Order collection include:
Brie, Butternut and Mushroom Wellington (£20, 800g)
This vegetarian dish comprises a decadent filling of brie, butternut squash, carrots and pearl barley with rich mushroom duxelles, encased in all-butter puff pastry and beautifully hand-finished with a decorative lattice pastry topping.

Collection British Oakham Slow-Cooked Turkey with Stuffing, Bacon and Turkey Gravy (£37, 1.4kg)
his joint is stuffed with pork and cranberry, topped with dry-cured bacon, brined in buttermilk and slow-cooked for hours. It even comes with a rich turkey gravy to serve.
Collection Winter Wreath (£25, 700g)
This festive dessert is made of vanilla and Belgian chocolate mousse on a crunchy biscuit base with an irresistible chocolate sauce centre, topped with woodland decorations and a sweet sugar snow dusting.
Collection Chocolate Torte (£15, 400g)
This vegan chocolate torte combines a crunchy biscuit base with an irresistibly silky-smooth dark Belgian chocolate ganache, hand decorated with shards of dark chocolate.

Following the launch of the festive ordering range, shoppers will be pleased to hear of the subsequent arrival of the M&S Cafe Christmas menu, available from November 1.
And those anticipating the annual Marks and Spencer’s Christmas TV advert will see it on screens from November 2.
It wouldn’t be complete without a festive Colin the Caterpillar either, which customers will find in stores from December 7 to mark Christmas Jumper Day.
