How do you perform THE CAT sex position?
Like with missionary, the partner with a vagina should be on the bottom, with their partner on top.
But instead of keeping their legs down, the partner underneath should wrap their legs around their partner, placing their heels underneath their bottom.
Then, the partner on top should start moving forward and upwards.
While they do this, their penis should be rubbing against their partner's vulva.
Sex therapist and author of She Comes First, Ian Kerner, explains that deep penetration isn't the goal here, and so the partner on top might not need to insert more than the tip of their penis for both parties to enjoy it.
He added: “The clitoris is being stimulated by the top (dorsal side) of the penis and benefiting from the pressure and friction of the vertical movement."
