A FASHION fan had the shock of her life when a new Shein top arrived.
The glossy advertising looked so promising and she thought this particular style would perk up her babies.
But the reality was very different and the look was one she most definitely wasn't aiming for.
When she tried it on, she said it had the appearance of granny's knickers wrapped around her neck.
Emma McHugh's (@itznotemmamc) dismay and bafflement was written all over her face in her post.
“So I ordered this top off Shein," she said. The top was a halterneck and backless top for $7.
Emma continued: "It looked nice, and thought it would fit great."
She had higher hopes for this item however: "Perk up the babies a bit."
But when she tried it on, she was staggered, and not in a good way.
Hers was not a glowing review by any means.

“I’m going to describe it. Just think of your granny’s knickers and you just wrapped them around our chest."
The fit was all wrong and did little to contain her boobs: “I’m sorry. What is this?”
She added: “May help if I actually knew how to put it on right."
This lady, however, was able to see the funny side of things: “Shein fail, please laugh with me.”
But it was a popular top on Shein attracting good reviews.
Over 71% said the size was good, while only 1% of reviews considered it too small and didn't fit well.
One buyer had some advice: "It was big on me but the material was very stretchy. I recommend to size down."
This customer was dissatisfied: "Don't really like how it looks on me. The straps that go over your boobs. I have small breasts so that won’t work for me."
But this fashion fan could only see the postives: "I loved everything. Amazing, everything fit well."
