A woman who shed 15 pounds in three months has revealed her three tips for losing weight while still eating your favorite foods.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Natalie Arnell, from Oregon, went from 171 pounds to 156 pounds after completing the viral 75 Hard Challenge,\u00a0a strict 75-day lifestyle program created by entrepreneur and podcast host Andy Frisella.<\/p>\n
Every day, for nearly 11 weeks, she ate in a calorie deficit, drank a gallon of water, read 10 pages of a book, and completed two 45-minute workouts, one of which was outdoors.<\/p>\n

In a recent video, she shared her top three weight loss tips for those who want to make healthier choices without taking on the 75 Hard Challenge.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Arnell’s first recommendation was to make ‘healthier versions of your favorite foods at home’ instead of going out to eat or ordering takeout.\u00a0<\/p>\n
