Jasmine Harman, who is best known for presenting the property show A Place in the Sun, has revealed she was able to rescue a \u201cterrified\u201d dog from the middle of a highway.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram today, the 47-year-old Channel 4 presenter shared a sweet picture of herself sitting with the calm-looking pooch in view of her 139,000 followers.<\/p>\n

In the caption, she wrote: \u201cYesterday the kids and I found this little dog running loose in the middle of the highway! <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI pulled over to try and help him and he was so terrified he crawled over on his belly and allowed me to take him by the collar, out of harm’s way. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe had no name tag, was very friendly but also very hot \/ thirsty \/ scared,\u201d she continued. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI put him in the car, and we drove around to see if we could find someone looking for him. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn the end we took him to a local vet to scan his chip but there were no details registered.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jasmine went on to explain how, once her family called the police and they were able to take the dog in, things took a turn for the better. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHappily, his owners have been found and he had quite an adventure,\u201d she revealed. \u201cBut it made me think why have a chip then not register the details?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
