<\/p>\nJennifer Lopez has finally given fans a look inside her new $60million mega mansion that she shares with husband Ben Affleck.<\/p>\n
When getting ready for the big, splashy LACMA Gucci event in Los Angeles on Saturday, the diva posed in a hallway of her big home.<\/p>\n
The house appears to have many white surfaces with hints of silver and gold here and there for a modern twist.<\/p>\n
This is not the first time she has been seen in her supersized dwelling – the Bronx native has also taken videos in her kitchen, and posed in her living room and on her patio with views of her infinity pool.<\/p>\n
The Hollywood power couple purchased the home earlier this year and moved in this summer with JLo overseeing all the decorating.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Also living with the pair are Lopez’s teen twins Max and Emme that she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Ben has split custody with his three kids – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – that he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, and they are often at the new pad as well.<\/p>\n

This summer the married couple handed over\u00a0$60.85 million for the 46,000 square-foot mansion, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n
The deal took just one week and the pair paid nearly $15 million under the $75 million asking price.<\/p>\n
It first hit the market in 2018 for $135 million but that price was slashed nearly in half when it was re-listed this year.<\/p>\n
The home \u2014 referred to as the ‘Wallingford estate’ \u2014 sits on a 5-acre promontory and boasts\u00a012 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.<\/p>\n
The listing\u00a0reveals that it was ‘newly rebuilt and expanded’ and features a 12-car garage and parking for 80.<\/p>\n
There is also a ‘one-of-a-kind’ indoor sports complex, a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house and a two-bedroom guard house on the grounds.<\/p>\n
With the indoor sports facility, Jennifer has a full gym at her disposal as well as courts for basketball, pickleball, and a boxing ring.<\/p>\n

TMZ reports that there is also a full hair and nail salon, a home theater, wine cellar, whiskey lounge, as well as sauna and massage rooms.<\/p>\n

There are two private, gated entrances to the property.<\/p>\n
Brett Lawyer \u2014 who has worked with Katy Perry and Madonna \u2014\u00a0 represented the couple in the sale.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the seller was represented by\u00a0Ginger Glass of Compass.<\/p>\n
In October hoards of furniture was seen being moved into\u00a0Ben and Jennifer’s new abode.<\/p>\n
There were at least six vehicles parked outside the entrance and various rugs, flowers, and furnishings were unloaded and laid out on tarps.<\/p>\n
There was also a massive white moving truck parked near the hedges surrounding the property.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ben and Jennifer have dropped out of escrow on three properties in the past several months while at the height of their house hunt.<\/p>\n
In March, the Hollywood A-listers changed their mind on a\u00a0$64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, as per TMZ.<\/p>\n
It was unclear why they decided to drop out as they had seemed set on it in early March.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and sits on 1.13 acres and includes a gym, professional media room, game room, an elevator, and a massive backyard with a pool and firepit area.<\/p>\n
They were previously eyeing other home, also in the Pacific Palisades area, that was worth $34.5 million.<\/p>\n
That property offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and is located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon.<\/p>\n

According to reports, that home is currently in escrow with a possible buyer for $39 million.<\/p>\n
The Argo actor recently sold off his mansion for around $30 million.<\/p>\n
The extended search to find a home for the newlyweds and their blended family has been going on for about a year.<\/p>\n
