A FOOD and fitness fan has revealed her pumpkin pie recipe.<\/p>\n
It promised all the indulgence of this Thanksgiving staple without any of the guilt.<\/p>\n

Her version was only 40 calories per slice but you wouldn't even know.<\/p>\n
It was so good, totally scrumptious, and tempted the taste buds.<\/p>\n
Sam Gwaz (@thesamplan) considered it so lip-smackingly excellent that she described it as her "Roman Empire."<\/p>\n
She has 48,000 followers on her TikTok, where she shares her love of, \u201cfood and fitness in that order.\u201d<\/p>\n
In this post, she rolled out her: \u201c40-calorie, crustless pumpkin pie."<\/p>\n

TikTok user Sam Gwaz’s (@thesamplan) recipe for crustless pumpkin pie is only 40 calories per slice – and tastes so good.<\/p>\n
Ingredients: <\/p>\n
1 can pumpkin pur\u00e9e<\/p>\n
1 cup almond milk<\/p>\n
Third a cup of protein flour<\/p>\n
Fifth a cup of sweetener<\/p>\n
2.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract<\/p>\n
2 teaspoons cinnamon<\/p>\n
2 teaspoons baking powder<\/p>\n
2 teaspoons corn stratch<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice<\/p>\n
Pinch of salt<\/p>\n
Method:<\/p>\n
Mix all ingredients then pour into pie pan. <\/p>\n
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.<\/p>\n
Cool for at least 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least six hours.<\/p>\n
Add a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy.<\/p>\n
After making their own, one fan regarded her recipe as "public service," it was that good.<\/p>\n
It was super-easy to make too. Into a bowl, she added all the ingredients.<\/p>\n
A can of pumpkin pur\u00e9e, one cup of almond milk, a third a cup of power flour, and a fifth of a cup of sweetener.<\/p>\n
