She was kneeling down doing cable crunch exercises to train her abs in a weight room that was filled with people.<\/p>\n

Claudia (@inthekitchenwithclaudia) has garnered almost 18,000 followers on TikTok, where she documents her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

She took to the social media platform to reveal the embarrassment that she experienced while filming her routine workout.<\/p>\n

She donned a black hoodie with vibrant pink leggings and large over-ear headphones as she focused on sculpting her abs.<\/p>\n

The expression on her face gradually became scared as she slowed down doing ab crunches and went to look at herself in a mirror.<\/p>\n

The text over the video read: \u201cThe moment you feel something snap.\u201d<\/p>\n

Claudia had unexpectedly burst a hole in the back of her leggings while bending up and down to complete the movement.<\/p>\n

Due to the bright color of her leggings, the hole was unmissable.<\/p>\n

She would risk making the hole bigger and exposing her underwear if she continued her session in the gym.<\/p>\n

She teamed the 9-second clip with the viral soundtrack Oh No by rapper Kreepa.<\/p>\n

She included the hashtags #dosanddonts, #leggingsoftiktok and #gymaccident.<\/p>\n

Over 1,800 people watched the video and it quickly racked up likes from people who could relate to her mishap.<\/p>\n

Others took to the comment section in hysterics as they admitted they initially thought something else had snapped.<\/p>\n

One person wrote: \u201cNo me thinking a ligament [crying].\u201d<\/p>\n

Another said: \u201cGirl I thought you meant a muscle.\u201d<\/p>\n

Claudia replied: \u201cNo thank goodness no injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n

The wardrobe malfunction comes after another TikToker was left red-faced by a similar situation at their local gym.<\/p>\n

Samantha Maria (@samisweetest) boasts over 38,000 followers on the social media platform.<\/p>\n

She looked in good spirits wearing a graphic print crop top and black leggings, but she soon revealed something very embarrassing had happened.<\/p>\n
