IT'S one of the most daunting areas in a soft play centre. <\/p>\n

And one woman found herself learning the hard way that the elastic tower isn't to be messed with.<\/p>\n

A video of the mortifying moment showed the woman attempting to gingerly lower herself onto the top layer of elastic straps – arranged like a spider's web for children to climb through. <\/p>\n

However, her body weight appeared to be too much for the webbing to manage.<\/p>\n

And instead of it stopping her before she climbed down to the next level, she ended up falling through all the elastic levels, before crashing at the bottom. <\/p>\n

To make matters even worse, she caught her trousers on one of the elastic strips near the end of the tower – meaning that they ended up down by her knees by the time she eventually hit the crash mat. <\/p>\n

The person videoing the extraordinary sight could be heard laughing hysterically while watching the woman, who looked red-faced as she hurriedly attempted to pull her trousers back up. <\/p>\n

The woman filming also reassured viewers that her friend was okay after the incident, as she wrote: "You can hear her laugh!"<\/p>\n

People were quick to weigh in on the unfortunate blunder, with one person commenting on the Instagram video: "Those bands undressed you; violation."<\/p>\n

"It was so fast and violent!" another added. <\/p>\n

As a third laughed: "They call it the 'de-pantser'!"<\/p>\n

"Human version of Kerplunk," someone else wrote. <\/p>\n

"It\u2019s built just for kids weight. No adult should be on there, you will get hurt," another warned. <\/p>\n

As someone else said: "Welp I won\u2019t be trying this anytime soon!"<\/p>\n

And others admitted they'd been left in hysterics by the clip. <\/p>\n

"I have seriously laughed way to hard at this! I\u2019m so sorry!" one wrote. <\/p>\n

"I\u2019m glad she\u2019s ok."<\/p>\n

"Jesus… I laughed out so loud! That's made my day," another added. <\/p>\n

"Omgggg this is golden!" a third laughed. <\/p>\n

"Jesus, it took her pants clean off," someone else giggled. <\/p>\n

As another said: "Literally would have to give me a change of clothes from peeing myself!"<\/p>\n

Others were left concerned after spotting a small dark object that fell onto the mat just before the woman did.<\/p>\n

While some speculated that she'd had an accident due to the stress of the fall, others insisted it was either a car key or a phone. <\/p>\n
