Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly and BBC Radio 2 host Vernon Kay have one of the most enduring marriages in showbusiness, having celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary in September this year.<\/p>\n

The glamourous couple, who share two daughters Phoebe, 18, and Amber, 14, first met while Vernon was working as a presenter on Channel 4’s T4 back in 2001, and married two years later.<\/p>\n

Despite over two decades passing since then, Tess recently said she still gets excited by just seeing his name come up on her phone.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe still sit down for dinner and have so much to talk about. We still have a real laugh,” she said in a TikTok Q&A with fans in February this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see his name come up on my phone and I\u2019m like\u2019 yay\u2019 she confessed. \u201cIt\u2019s like I get that little….\u201d she said, taking a deep breath and indicating excitement before continuing, \u201cWe do have a good laugh.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s always messing about dad dancing in the kitchen and singing and dancing, so never a dull moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

For his part, Vernon is somewhat less discreet, confessing \u201csex is still important\u201d.<\/p>\n

Asked if he has ever taken Viagra he stressed: “No! That\u2019s the last pill I need to be taking! But it is a thing \u2014 erectile dysfunction affects half of men over 40. But not this one,\u201d he said in an interview with The Sun in May this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think sex is still important in a marriage though because your bodies are both different, and love is evolving constantly,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cTravelling through life together starts when you get married, but your bodies change, and my body…doesn\u2019t look like it did when we first met,\u201d he confessed. “I worry about it. I always want to be in peak shape physically,\u201d he admitted.<\/p>\n

The couple celebrated their landmark anniversary on September 12 and Tess posted four photos to Instagram to mark the occasion.<\/p>\n

Three of the photos depicted lovely throwback scenes of the couple’s wedding.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile a fourth photo showed the pair celebrating their anniversary with flowers and cake.<\/p>\n

Captioning the post, Tess said: “Cannot believe it\u2019s 20 years ago today! Always @vernonkay.\u201d<\/p>\n
