A MAN has revealed that he splashed out on a facelift and while trolls can’t stand his new look and say it makes them feel sick, he is thrilled with the results.

David Kosir, who is from Australia and is known online as ‘Plastic Botched Boy’ previously revealed that he has forked out more than £32k for a complete face makeover.

He has flown to Turkey and spent £13k on bright white veneers, also had a hair transplant and even got his freckles removed with a laser treatment.

To top it off, it also appears that he's had his nose done, his lips plumped with filler and cheekbones given a more snatched and defined look, with 10ml of filler injected in each cheek.

But now, at the age of 27, he has explained that he has now splashed out on a facelift.

A facelift, also known as a rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgery that involves lifting up and pulling back the skin to make the face tighter and smoother.

The procedure is designed to reduce sagging skin around the lower half of the face (mainly the jowls) and neck.

Sharing his surgery results on social media, David said: “I love getting plastic surgery its true.”

He then shared the six month journey after his plastic surgery, which started off with a clip of him laying on a hospital bed, with his eyes badly bruised and his head in bandages

He noted: “Day one. Sorry guys can barely see, yes it is as painful as it looks.”

</picture>MYSTIC MEG

</picture>HONEYMOON HELL

</picture>MUMFLUENCER

</picture>LE-GO-GO-GO

He then posted a variety of clips a few days after going under the knife, followed by videos months after, sharing how his face was healing from the painful procedure.

He claimed that he is in his “plastic era” and asked his followers “what is next?”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @plasticbotchedboy, has clearly left many stunned, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed a staggering 6.4 million views.

But social media users were left divided at David’s surgery results – while some were impressed, not everyone was as keen.

One person said: “You look good.”

Another added: “It actually looks great.”

A third commented: “Glow up.”

However, at the same time, many users commented the sick emoji and mean trolls were out in full force.

One user wrote: “From horrible to horrific.”

A second chimed in: “Your doctor needs to be arrested asap before he makes other people look like birds.”

Someone else claimed: “You look ridiculous.”

Whilst another questioned: “You paid money to look like that??”

If you are considering going under the knife for cosmetic surgery, the NHS advise that it is important to do your research and find out about what will happen.

The NHS explained: “All cosmetic procedures have some risks, whether you're having a surgical procedure, like breast implants, or a non-surgical procedure, like dermal fillers or Botox.

“They can lead to serious complications if they're not done correctly, and can affect your mental health if they do not turn out how you expected.

“Before having any procedure, there are some things you can do to help you make the right decision and reduce the risks.”

The NHS stressed the importance of being clear about why you want to change the way you look.

They also advised people to do research, understand the costs involved, speak to an expert and choose a qualified practitioner before having any surgery.

Fabulous will pay for your exclusive stories.
