Yes I\u2019m that old!<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;But amazingly it was the house and land for sale with full planning permission for another house. Crazy hey!<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I knew I was gonna buy it before viewing then. I knew it! It was in a sorry old state and ended up paying \u00a368,000.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Can you even imagine. It\u2019s tough.
