Joe Jonas has been said to have not been \u2018supportive\u2019 enough to his wife Sophie Turner after the birth of the couple\u2019s second child.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The 34-year-old star was reportedly pressuring his 27-year-old wife into attending events before she was ready.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sources claimed the Jonas Brothers singer refused to allow the Game Of Thrones actress to take time out and remain inside their house after they welcomed their youngest child.<\/p>\n
According to TMZ, the singer was \u2018less than supportive\u2019, leaving Sophie feeling uncomfortable as she didn\u2019t want to be photographed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The US outlet reported that there was a particular event during which the star made it clear she was not happy at being spotted in public and wanted to go home.\u00a0<\/p>\n
They claimed that shortly after the aforementioned event, there was a public appearance made by Joe \u2013 albeit this time alone.\u00a0<\/p>\n

TMZ sources explained that the singer was not impressed his wife decided to skip the event as he felt that she needed to leave the house and socialise more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The couple confirmed they were ending their marriage \u2018after four wonderful years\u2019 in a statement shared to their respective Instagram accounts.<\/p>\n
They acknowledged the speculation surrounding their relationship but said it was a \u2018united decision\u2019.<\/p>\n
Sophie and Joe married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2019 and have two children together.<\/p>\n
\u2018After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage\u2019, read the statement which was posted on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u2018There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.\u2019<\/p>\n
Joe has filed for divorce from Sophie in Florida\u2019s Miami-Dade County Court, according to papers obtained by AP.<\/p>\n
The filing said \u2018the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken\u2019.<\/p>\n
The couple first met in 2016 after Joe direct-messaged Sophie \u2018out of the blue\u2019 on social media after mutual friends had been attempting to introduce the pair \u2018for a long time\u2019, Turner previously told Harper\u2019s Bazaar.<\/p>\n
