According to Kartashov, Cyprus is a safe island destination for IT companies. The intellectual property management business is also feasible on this island. In the field of managing IT assets, Cyprus is one of the most important regions in the world at the moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sergey Kartashov&nbsp;shares importance of IP Box in Cyprus<\/strong><br \/>The CEO of&nbsp;Generation Partners, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talk-finance.co.uk\/moderntech\/sergey-kartashov-how-to-manage-it-assets\/\">Sergey Kartashov<\/a>, says that the main reason behind the interest of IT companies in Cyprus is IP Box. IP Box is a tax intensive regime that attracts foreign companies to work in this jurisdiction. A nominal company with a full-fledged development office is eligible for the tax benefits.&nbsp;Sergey Kartashov&nbsp;says, &ldquo;This (IP Box) pushed foreign companies to relocate their offices and staff during the last year.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>A huge stimulus occurred in the development of the IT industry in Cyprus due to the arrival of international companies here. According to the CEO&nbsp;Generation Partners, the infrastructure of Limassol, a city on the southern coast of Cyprus, developed rapidly in recent time due to the IP Box. Some of the strongest IT companies have already arrived on the island to operate their business under a tax incentive regime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cyprus and IT Asset Management<\/strong><br \/>Individuals and institutions need asset management companies to make their decisions related to the investment in new startups. Their analysis is based on the collection of information related to the products, employees, and potential of the startups.&nbsp;Sergey Kartashov&nbsp;says, &ldquo;We do multi-level expertise of video-tech and IT-ecosystem projects.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Generation Partners examine new trends and products in the IT industry. Risk assessment is the key to success for any IT management company. Kartashov says that they assess the risk viably involved in investing in new projects. The expertise of new projects is the main focus of the company, according to the CEO. The customers are the key to making a final decision about the investment.
