Company Border Biscuits’ “master biscuiteer” job pays an impressive £40,000 a year for 40 hours a week of work.

You’ll get to come up with creative new cookie flavours and recipes in the role.

They'll need to be able to stand up against Border's beloved products, including the chocolatey cookies and butterscotch crunch biccies.

Applicants will also get to try a lot of biscuits in their day to day life – it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.

The successful candidate will also get other benefits, including 35 days of holiday and discounts with retailers an brands.

So who is eligible for the role?

The confectioner is looking for candidates who have qualifications in food or nutrition.

Ideally, they want someone with a degree and previous experience with baking.

Knowledge of food science is also deemed to be an attractive quality in applicants.

And work experience in a bakery is also desirable.
