TV host turns celeb ‘healer’ banishing bad energy in form of ‘trolls and snakes’

Antonia Harman left her job as a Sky gameshow host to pursue a very different career.

The 39-year-old, from Finsbury Park, north London, says she had a vision of a serpent coming out of a poorly friend’s ear in 2007 that changed her life.

Her supernatural experience sparked her interest in energy systems, Eastern medicine and healing techniques.

More than a decade later, she’s a full-time healer who has worked with the likes of X Factor’s Diana Vickers, Love Island star Georgia Harrison and Nicole O’Brien from the hit Netflix show Too Hot to Handle.

Antonia said: “I specialise in emotional things like depression, grief, break ups and post-traumatic stress disorder, but I am also having success with fibromyalgia – a long-term condition that causes pain all over the body.

“I’ve had a lot of experience pulling weird multi-dimensional beings out of people and helping them get over various ailments. It’s a common thing in my world even though it sounds bonkers.”

Antonia recalled the moment that sparked her career change 13 years ago.

Shortly after taking a five day course in healing, she had to put her new-found skills to use.

She said: “One of my friends had burst her ear drum five times. She had been to the doctors, specialists and a surgeon and was still in excruciating pain.

“She was an air stewardess, so it was uncomfortable for her to fly and was really affecting her career.

“We were walking down the street one day when she fell to the floor and started saying, ‘Fix my ear. Fix my ear’.

“It sounds bonkers, but I managed to pull this weird energetic thing from her ear that looked like the outline of a snake or a heatwave.”

Antonia added: "The snake was a multi-dimensional being, is hard for us to comprehend but there's so much out there that we don't know about, if you think about the how big the universe is.

"My friend couldn't see the snake herself, but her ear felt hot and strange. After I removed it, the pain went straight away. She just picked herself up and we went for lunch. She’s not had earache since.”

Following the experience, the healer decided to pursue her interest even more.

She continued: “I read about Shamans, who interact with the spiritual world through altered states of consciousness and beat these entities, or multi-dimensional beings out.

“I believe these beings cause anxiety, depression and addiction and repetitive thoughts you can’t get rid of. They feed on emotional energy, causing negative chatter and self-doubt. We get upset and that upset is their dinner.

“The more I learnt, the more I realised the world is not exactly as we see it. There’s more to it.”

In 2007, Antonia ditched her TV job to start her own company called Divine Empowerment.

Running it from home, she charges between £60 and £250 for healing sessions and workshops and has also been teaching courses since 2013.

She explained: “I’ve been awakening my innate gift to give healing that other people aren’t able to.

"I've trained a team of healing practitioners who work with me because there's such a demand for this work."

Antonia specialises in emotional trauma and has worked with many clients who have suffered with depression and anxiety – some for decades.

She believes failing to treat this “negative energy” can cause to physical problems too.

Antonia said: “The multi-dimensional beings that people have living inside them are like energetic parasites and can appear in the form of snakes, lizards, critters or trolls.

“Who can you tell about it? You can’t go to the doctor about it because of how it sounds so I try and help.

“Using my gift, I open portals and send the beings packing down the portal to somewhere where they are more comfortable.

“There are so many dimensions that we don’t understand, if you think how big the universe is, so I don’t know where they end up going.

“When someone has depression for many years and then they don’t have it, it’s really beautiful. You feel like you’ve done something for the good of other people.”

Antonia says these multi-dimensional beings can also take the form of an army of trolls.

During a trip to New York in 2005, she had a vision of the mythical creatures climbing up her hotel bed.

She said: “We were sharing a hotel room and I woke up in the middle of the night to see these things, like little trolls about three inches tall, with pickaxes and ropes, trying to crawl up the bed and attack my friend. It was the strangest thing.

“I was scared for her, but I’d been doing a lot of Tai Chi and used a technique learned through that practice to make energy balls, which I could throw at them.

“I was just throwing them at them and knocking the trolls off. I was having this weird battle with them for about 10 minutes.

“My friend woke up the next day and didn’t know what had happened.

"The trolls were multi-dimensional beings. If I hadn't intervened that might have caused her an illness."

Describing her own energy system as “unique,” Antonia explained how she sleeps between six and 15 hours a day and often finds herself waking up in a trance-like state.

She added: "I can wake up very disorientated and my whole body will be aching, which can last for hours."

The healer works with celebrities and even welcomes sceptics – seeing it as an opportunity to win them over.

She said: "I welcome sceptics who haven't seen it before and think it's weird. I like to give them a demonstration and then they can make the decision for themselves.

"If people think it's total rubbish, there's nothing much you can do. You wish them well and send them on their merry way."

Antonia is holding Zoom sessions during the pandemic and has been helping people deal with all the stress of the last few months.

She concluded: “We are in the strangest of times and people are very scared. They’ve also got more introspective, they were so busy before and have been forced to slow down.

“Focus on the positive because you will attract more of that and will be less susceptible to these multi-dimensional beings that can cause such harm.”
