My wife wakes me by talking in her sleep and it keeps me up all night

DEAR DEIDRE: MY wife doesn’t stop talking all day and now she’s even droning on into the night as well.

I’m 47 and she’s 45.

I used to find her sleep talking funny but she’s beginning to disturb my rest and once I get woken up, I find it really difficult to get back to sleep.

Once awake, I start running through everything on my mind from work.

It’s not like she’s mumbling about other men or anything.

I can’t ever make out what she’s saying but she often laughs, jerks and wriggles around.

In the morning she can’t ever remember what she was dreaming about and is very apologetic about it all.

DEIDRE SAYS: You say that you used to find your wife’s sleep talking funny but that has changed now.
