Kate Middleton chic on BBC – she reveals ‘pressure, stress and isolation’ amid coronavirus

Kate Middleton and Prince William praised the ‘extraordinary job’ NHS staff and other frontline workers have done. The two appeared via video link, with Kate wearing a chic striped jumper.

Kate said: “I think what we’re seeing now is the NHS and the frontline workers are doing the most extraordinary job and that’s really come to the forefront in the last few weeks.

“And I think it’s going to dramatically change how we all value and see our frontline workers and I think that is one of the main positives that you can take from this.

“They do an extraordinary job, it goes unrecognised daily and now I think all of us as a nation can really see how hard they work and how vital their work is.”

The couple have narrated a video for Public Health England’s (PHE) Every Mind Matters website.

Kate’s jumper is an old favourite, which the Duchess rewore this morning.

The jumper is Breton stripe, a French style associated with nautical themes.

Her top in the JoosTricot Striped Cotton Blend Sweater, which costs around £320.

This is not Kate’s first video call to members of the British public.

Kate Middleton wore a Zara jumper to speak to children of key workers earlier in the month.

Kate last wore the top in public in May 7, to launch the King’s Cup Regatta.

The Duchess looked stunning in the look, teaming the top with the LK Bennett “Parker” cropped wide-leg trousers with a high waist and button details.

Kate wore navy blue block heels from Josie by Emmy London.

Lastly, she carried a red clutch, adding a lovely pop of colour.
