After months of speculation about the status of their relationship, Christine McGuinness and her comedian husband Paddy McGuinness have officially announced that their 11 year marriage has come to an end.
Announcing the news on Instagram on Friday 22 July, the couple shared a short statement which explained that they had split. However in one interesting twist, they revealed that they would be continuing to live in the family home for the sake of their three children, twins Penelope and Leo, and youngest daughter Felicity.
The three children, much like their mother Christine, have all been diagnosed with Autism, which can make any sudden changes or upheaval a distressing experience.
In order to limit this, the couple will continue to live together in their Cheshire mansion which is estimated to be worth an incredible £2.1million.
The couple first moved into the gorgeous mansion just in time for Christmas 2020 along with their pet cat Millie, with the Take Me Out host, 48, and the Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 34, having spent countless hours decorating their stylish mansion to turn it into a real home.
Posting to Instagram, the star wrote at the time of their move: "Thank you to everyone who has sent their best wishes recently to our new home!
"The children have settled very well, and Millie (with a willy) has come with us.
"It’s been a big change for everyone but as always my babies have made me super proud with how well they’ve coped."
She finished the post, writing: "We have still got so much to do to finished it completely and so many boxes to unpack but already this place feels like a very happy home."
The pair have posted many snaps of the swanky adobe to social media, and it looks like the decorating is coming along very well indeed.
Let's take a look inside…
Inside the couple's glamorous home, the children frequently like to cuddle up for story time on their parents bed, which appears to be a luxury king sized mattress, complete with plenty of cosy bedding.
The walls of the room are painted a pristine white, which matches the crisp white sheets and an extremely cosy fluffy throw, which the family cat also loves!
The bed also features a large cream material headboard, and a gorgeous glowing lamp mounted on the wall beside which looks like a star.
The décor is then completed with taupe-coloured quilted curtains, which add a certain element of drama to the space, while also providing a neutral colour palette that is easy to compliment.
Paddy himself previously shared this snap of the house's foyer, which showcases the very stylish curved staircase that wraps around the side of the house.
It is painted white, with black paint on top of the bannister, giving it a sleek monochrome appearance.
However the pièce de résistance of the home is the absolutely massive Christmas tree they had up during the festive period, which is covered in blue lights and has a star atop.
Paddy captioned this image, writing at the time: "We’ve hardly any furniture, there’s dust and cardboard boxes everywhere but finally we’ve got the tree up!!!!
"Merry Christmas y’all!"

The Take Me Out host later shared this snap of their very sleek bathroom, with a stylish square-shaped sink, which also serves as another great napping spot for Millie.
The floor within the wet room is made of a stunning white marble, and there is a shower with a glass door to the side.
Additionally, the family have this sweet artwork made of pebbles, which sits on the kitchen counter that is a swirly marble pattern.
Outside is just as impressive as within, with Christine previously having shared a glimpse of her garden while sunbathing and playing with the children.
The impressive garden features a large lawn, perfect for setting up a tent for the children to play in, while a series of well manicured but minimalist plants line the edges of the grass.
A large paved area also adds a new dimension to the space as it provides an area where Paddy and Christine can relax, as well as allowing the children to play some of their favourite games such as skittles.
