Natalie Cassidy has heaped praise on the NHS for taking such good care of her daughter after she broke her arm.
The EastEnders star took to Instagram to share a sweet selfie of her laid close to four year old Joanie after a trip to the hospital following the accident two days ago.
Poor Joanie had to undergo a small operation to fix the break, but mum-of-two Natalie reassured her followers that her youngster was on the mend and back at home, thanks to doctors and nurses at Princess Alexandra Hospital, where she was treated.

The 37 year old soap star, who was wearing a face mask in the snap, urged anybody to seek treatment despite worries surrounding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
She penned in the caption: "I just wanted to thank all the staff at Princess Alexandra Hospital for looking after my little girl these last two days. She’s broken her arm and had to have a little operation to fix it.
"Every member of staff were absolutely incredible and looked after Joanie and me in every way possible. Home now."

The actress, who welcomed Joanie in 2016 with her fiancé, cameraman Marc Humphreys, also co-parents Eliza, 10, with ex Adam Cottrell.
She recently shared a rare snap of herself with Marc looking loved-up after saying she was determined to get to grips with posting on Instagram more to connect with people.
Taking to Instagram, Natalie wrote: "It doesn’t really matter what’s going on as long as we have each other. And yes. My nose is rather large. @camera_marc."
She added the hashtags: "'#soulmates #laughteristhebestmedicine #kidsareinbed #peaceatlast."
It comes after the soap star, 37, spoke about feeling "mum guilt" as she wasn't there to see her children off to school in the morning.

Sharing a picture of the girls with their matching blonde ponytails, scooters and backpacks, Natalie wrote: "I got this pic from my nanny today. It's great to be at work, but missed picking them up today… mum guilt!"
Natalie shared a look at what her daily routine is like including a 5am wake-up call by one of her daughters, with a picture of her looking at a bright pink calendar.
The actress added the message: "Up at 5 this morning… A bit unnecessary really isn't it? Good morning…"
Although Natalie is relatively private about her home life it seems we'll be seeing more of it soon!
