Had your fill of Cranberry sauce? Yes, us too. So imagine our delight to see that Byron’s popular Christmas special, the Holy Cheesemas is back.
This year’s Cheesemas burger will be their seventh, and their most decadent yet. It’ll be available in Byron restaurants across the UK until the 2 January, and this year features their brand new burger patty recipe; a unique blend of chuck, brisket and rib cap for extra juiciness.
The Holy Cheesemas features six different cheese layers, American cheese, smoked cheese, cheese crisp, pickled red onions, lettuce, spicy garlic mayonnaise, onion ring, as well as a scoop of bacon macaroni cheese.
And don’t forget a a bowl of molten cheese sauce on the side – a mix of Byron cheese, Cheddar and Emmental that’s perfect for burger dipping and dunking.
If that wasn’t enough good news, this year veggies are able to enjoy the Cheesemas too, as Bryon has unveiled a new vegetarian Cheesemas burger.
Uber cheese fans can also choose from cheesy sides on the menu, including Mac and Cheese Balls, Halloumi Fries and more.
