When Worthington hit Hollywood in 2005, he was quickly working alongside the likes of Bryce Dallas Howard and Christian Bale. It took just four years for the actor to hit his stride with the James Cameron film “Avatar” – just the top-grossing film of all time.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Worthington had sold most of his belongings for $2,000 and was living in his car prior to his breakout role in “Avatar”. Today, his net worth is $30 million.

It’s the story of a married couple spending one night apart and their temptations either resisted or not. Unfortunately, the film was not successful at the box office, but Worthington makes up for it as his career develops.

At the beginning of his career, Worthington enjoyed supporting roles like the one of Pfc. Lucas in the WWII piece in which 500 American Soldiers have been entrapped in a POW camp for three years. In one of his first of many action films, Worthington plays James “Monster” Murray as a member of an elite DEA task force being taken down one by one after they rob a drug cartel safe house. Though the film boasts lead actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, box office numbers weren’t as successful as one might hope.

Doss. According to IMDb, Doss refused to kill anyone and was the first man in American history to receive a Medal of Honor without firing a shot.
