M&S has added biscuits to its range of Percy Pig themed treats. Facebook page NewFoodsUk pointed out the new product in a post that read: “NEW Percy Pig Jam Cream Sandwich Biscuits from M&S! Just when you think M&S have created all the Percy Pig products you could think of, they then launch another!
“These are delicious! We are huge fans of Percy Pig and were super excited to try these! One of our newest favourite biscuits, these are full of fruity flavour which works perfectly with the cream filling! £1 per pack at M&S!”
The Percy Pig Jam Sandwich Creams combine a Percy Pig flavoured pink shortcake biscuit with a raspberry jam and cream filling.
Some people liked the look of the biscuits with one woman saying: “I will be having such a Percy feast when I get home! All these new products.”
Another replied: “Omg, more Percy Pig goodies!” And a third said: “Ooh I need to see if I can get them.”
Some on the other hand were not so keen. A woman said: “Percy is going too far!” And another replied: “Sorry, but these look minging.”
Another joked: “I will wait until Aldi brings them out half the price [laughing emoji].”
Others were quick to point out the similarities between the Percy Pig biscuits and other familiar items, saying: “I am pretty sure Family Circle and Jammie Dodgers are the same. They should sue!”
Another said: “These are just Jammie Dodgers? What have they got to do with Percy Pig? They aren’t pig shaped?!”
