How to make four-ingredient honey and peanut flapjacks

If you’re looking for a tasty treat to bake quickly, these flapjacks need just four ingredients and you can whip up a batch in under half an hour.

The recipe, created by Whole Earth Peanut Butter, is easy with five steps.

You’ll need peanut butter, honey, butter and oats, making a deliciously sweet traybake to enjoy.

Smooth peanut butter is best for this recipe but chunky will work too if that’s all you have.

The flapjacks are good for about a week so perfect for lunch boxes or just a snack to keep you going if you are working from home.

If you want to add nuts, fried fruit or chocolate to the mix, they all work well too. Just add around 75g (total) of your filling after the peanut butter and mix well, before you bake.

  • 50g peanut butter
  • 160g honey
  • 100g butter
  • 170g oats
