No matter what supermarket you shop at, there's no escaping the huge price hikes on everything from food to household products.
But one savvy shopper, who shops online at Ocado, has revealed her top tips and tricks to nabbing items for free.
Stephanie Csasznik Colenso took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and posted a snap of her huge food and laundry haul that she got without spending a penny.
Amongst the free goodies includes four bottles of Comfort laundry conditioner, a roll of bin bags, freshly chopped tomatoes, tortilla chips, Percy Pigs, a tin of beans, and punjabi tomato curry.
Alongside the image, Stephanie penned: "These were completely free on Ocado!
"Some of them were on the Ocado coupons section and some of them from the magazine.
