CHRISTMAS is almost here and the Elf on the Shelf pranks are in full swing.
One mum caught her young son’s reaction to his elf’s cheeky act on camera – leaving social media users in hysterics.
Hollie Kate, who normally shares hair content to TikTok, recently took to the video sharing platform to show off her son’s hilarious reaction to the naughty elf prank.
Known on the social media app as @hairbyholliekate, Hollie posted her clip with the caption ‘This is his first year with naughty elfs’.
She said: “Watch my son react to his elf drawing on him.”
In the clip, we see Holly’s son, covered with a face full of black pen.

Looking down at his pyjamas in disbelief, the young boy seemed absolutely baffled that his elf had the cheek to draw on him.
Hollie then moved the camera to show off her son’s elf, sitting on his chest of drawers with some opened pens.
The young boy asked: “How is that elf there?”
Hollie then held up a mirror to her son, showing him the damage that the cheeky elf had done to his face.

He then said: “How, how, why did he do that to me?
“Why did he do that to me?”
But Hollie’s son quickly got angry at the rude elf, as he pointed to the elf and said “You!”.
Hollie’s video has clearly left many in hysterics, as it has quickly gone viral and amassed a whopping 75.3million views.
It has 9 million likes, 41.2k comments and 792.8k shares.
Parents were very impressed at the elf on the shelf prank, with many saying it's the 'best one yet'.
One person said: “His face 😂”
Another added: “I honestly cannot cope I’ve been laughing all day🤣”
A third commented: “Those elves are just an excuse for parents to wind their kids right up, 🤣🤣 I approve.”
Whilst someone else noted: “Best one yet 🤣”
Hollie then confirmed: “I used makeup eyeliner wiped straight off with a makeup wipe😂”
Social media users were concerned if Hollie’s child was actually upset about the prank, to which Hollie confirmed “Not at all he had a little whinge but it was 6.30am.”
