A FASHION influencer has shared her weight loss advice for social butterflies who want to keep drinking.

She said that hot girl summer didn't need to be boring.

Taylor (@taylorlbourke) shared the advice with her TikTok followers.

"Weight loss 101 for social butterflies," she said.

"It's probably not the drink that's stopping you from losing weight, it's the hangover," she revealed.

The brunette stated examples as evidence: "600 calories in a bottle of Prosecco… literally have [had] bigger sandwiches like it's not a big deal," she said.

She explained that the real damage was the next day you're recovering from the hangover so you indulge in bad and easy food.

"You lay in bed all day and don't move at all, don't expend any energy, that's where the excess calories are coming from," she said.

The key, the influencer said, is to make sure you have a game plan for those nasty hangovers.

"Go out, live your life, enjoy yourself, go out with the girlies, but make sure you plan for your hangover in advance," she advised.
