Meghan and Harry latest – Piers slams pair for 'using' Archie in podcast and calls on Queen to strip them of titles

PIERS Morgan has called on the Queen to strip Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their royal titles after "using" their son Archie on a podcast.

The couple – who Piers dubbed "Ginge and Cringe" – famously fled to Hollywood to seek "privacy" for their one-year-old last year.

Since getting out of royal duties back in Britain, Prince Harry and Meghan have landed a number of lucrative deals for their future, including a £100million Netflix win and a £30million Spotify podcast of their own.

Highlighting their hypocrisy, Piers ranted on Good Morning Britain: "They quit the country for privacy and they've hardly shut up since. They particularly wanted to protect their little boy who is the star of their new podcast. It is all complete hogwash."

"After all that saying 'we had to leave the country to protect his privacy. but now the moment we've signed a big-money deal we're going to use him to flog our podcast'."

NO FACE-TO-FACE MEETING WITH THE QUEEN OVER MEGXIT

Prince Harry has apparently scrapped a planned face-to-face meeting with the Queen for the 12-month review of Megxit, it has been claimed.

When Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as working royals last year, it was on the condition that the prince would meet his grandma at a later date to discuss how the arrangement was working.

A 12-month review was due for March 31 this year.

But the prince has been forced to cancel the plans as a terrifying mutant covid strain ravages the UK – with a ban on non-essential travel imposed.

A millionaire businessman who attended Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle has been charged with sex offences, The Sun has revealed.

Lawrence Jones, who has amassed a £700million fortune through his IT company UKFast, has been accused of being allegedly inappropriately physical with employees — young women working as PAs or receptionists.

Jones, 52, was interviewed after two women made sex assault complaints which they alleged occurred in 2010 and 2013.

A GMP spokeswoman confirmed that Jones has been charged with one rape and four counts of sexual assault.

He is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on January 26.

MEGHAN AND HARRY'S CHARITY COULD PROFIT FROM HARVESTING DATA ON ARCHEWELL

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's charity could profit from harvesting fans' personal data on their new Archewell website.

A notice about about taking subscribers details and sharing them with "for-profit ventures" is contained at the bottom of the site.

The website is the face of their audio, production and foundation efforts, and encourages people to get involved and send them messages.

But anyone who signs up or writes in allows the website to legally store and use their data in a variety of ways.

The foundation is then potentially able to benefit from sharing the data with "for profit" organisations, or by giving them up in any sale.

MEGHAN AND HARRY COULD PAY MILLIONS TO FORMER AIDES

Experts suggested the re-hired aides Clara Loughran and Beth Herlihy's wage bill could be more than £1million this year.

Mrs Loughran had worked for Prince Harry since 2015, and was made a Member of the Royal Victorian Order by the Queen on the Duke's recommendation.

Ms Herlihy began working for the Sussexes in September 2018, but lost her job in March when Harry and Meghan moved to North America.

Mrs Loughran and Ms Herlihy had recently formed a company called Herlihy Loughran, which aims to connect "influential people" to worthy causes.

They'll be working for the duke and duchess' non-profit organisation Archewell.

MEGHAN AND HARRY'S TV SERIES WITH OPRAH WINFREY STALLS

The mental health documentary serial was due to be released last autumn with Harry, 36, working alongside Oprah Winfrey, 66.

But several delays mean it is now not expected to arrive until later in 2021.

No firm release date has yet been announced.

Insiders say Covid-19 restrictions, Harry’s exit from the Royal Family and move to the US with Meghan, 39, have slowed down production.

MEGHAN MARKLE REVEALS HER NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

The former actress previously admitted that nail biting and swearing make her list of New Year's resolutions every year without fail.

On her now-defunct lifestyle blog The Tig, the Duchess of Sussex, 38, revealed her struggle to give up the two very un-royal qualities back in January 2016, according to the Daily Telegraph.

She wrote: "These make my New Year's resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year.

"And when it comes to the biting of the nails — well, it still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day.

"It's unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit."

THE QUEEN 'BANNED PRINCE HARRY'S WREATH IN TWO SECONDS'

The Queen reportedly took just "two seconds" to ban Prince Harry from the Cenotaph wreath ceremony on Remembrance Day.

Harry, 36, told Buckingham Palace he wanted a wreath to be laid, but his request was refused.

It was reported at the time that palace officials had turned down Harry's request without telling the Queen.

However the Daily Mail reports today that the Queen made the decision herself – taking "all of two seconds".

Harry and wife Meghan Markle laid a wreath at the Los Angeles National Cemetery instead, leaving flowers at the graves of two Commonwealth soldiers.

MEGHAN IS SAID TO BE A FAN OF THIS WARDROBE STAPLE

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be a huge fan of Heist tights – and although they are £21, they're worth the hefty price tag.

The nude designs are available in seven different shades and feature a mega comfy waistband that doesn't dig or roll as well as a stronger, eco-friendly yarn.

They're "gravity defining" with no gusset – and therefore no sagging – as well as being seamless, soft and hand-sewn.

The brand also sell a range of other tights, but it's thought to be the nude style Meghan wears, thanks to their mega natural look.

JESSICA MULRONEY SHARES CRYPTIC MESSAGES ONLINE

Meghan's supposed best mate Jessica Mulroney wrote a message to her Instagram followers about loyalty, and some are wondering if it was a hit at the royal.

The fashion stylist, 40, who was dropped by her employers earlier this year after getting into a row with a black influencer, posted the message on her Instagram Story before deleting it.

It read: “Some people aren't loyal to you. They are loyal to their need of you. Once their needs change, so does their loyalty.”

Jessica, who lives in Toronto, Canada, where Meghan used to be, added underneath: “And with that, Merry Christmas y’all.”

The message comes just weeks after sources close to Jessica denied her and Meghan were drifting apart as friends.

WILLIAM TURNED TO EARL SPENCER AFRER HARRY RIFT, SAYS EXPERT

Prince William turned to Earl Spencer after falling with Harry over Meghan Markle, Robert Lacey has claimed.

The Royal expert’s book 'Battle of Brothers' explores the tension between the Duke of Cambridge and his brother.

“After William spoke to Harry about the need possibly to slow down in some way with Meghan, he got a brush off and then turned to his uncle, Charles Spencer, Diana’s brother,” he told ELLE.com.

“This has never been known before and is a revelation of the book. It’s important in a couple of ways. It’s interesting, isn’t it, that William went to his uncle on his mother’s side and didn’t go to his father.”

“I expect that is the long-term solution here: Duty in the form of William and Kate will take over the situation, and Harry and his love will enjoy the freedom of America and, I hope, obviously there will be some sort of reconciliation,” he said.
