A few months after their wedding in May 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle embarked on a tour of the islands of the south Pacific Ocean. The royal couple visited Tonga, where Meghan wore a collection of beautiful dresses.

One dress stood out because of its vibrant colour and chic style.

The garment was sky blue and reached just below Meghan’s knees.

It featured a collar, buttons, and slightly puffed-out three-quarter sleeves.

It was also cinched at the waist with a neat bow.

The dress’ material was a soft satin and it had a slight slit at the bottom.

Meghan finished the look with a pair of pale blue heels.

The Duchess’ dress was called the Cary Dress and designed by US label Veronica Beard, costing $595, or £438.

But the Marks and Spencer version is on sale for only £25.

The dress is very similar to Meghan’s dress but has a rounded Peter Pan collar and a thin belt-like bow to cinch in the waist.

There are buttons all the way down the dress and the three-quarter sleeves have slight ruffles at the ends.

Its hue is bright blue and makes for a perfect spring or summer outfit.

It is also available in green with a daisy print pattern.

Meghan wore other elegant dresses during her and Harry’s royal tour of the south Pacific in 2018.

For the couple’s arrival in Tonga, the Duchess opted for a bold red Self Portrait dress.

The Pleated Floral Gown, which was on sale for £400 on the designer’s website, was altered to Meghan’s preferred length.

The dress reached Meghan’s shins and its bodice featured intricate cut-out flowers.

She accessorised the look with a small Dior clutch bag and a pair of black velour Manolo Blahnik heels.

Before Tonga, Harry and Meghan visited Fiji, where the Duchess wowed in a forest green shift dress by Canadian fashion designer Jason Wu.

She once again paired the dress with her Monolo heels and the Diro clutch bag.

As for accessories, she donned large gold dangling earrings and gold bangles.
