FINDING the perfect fitting pair of trousers is no joke, it can take hours to find a pair that properly fits.

And it doesn't help that different stores have different sizing.

Luckily, one fashion expert has revealed the simple way to check if your trousers or jeans will fit perfectly.

And the best bit?

You can do it in the changing rooms.

She demonstrates with a client how you can check your pants are the right size quickly – so you don't end up pulling them up constantly while out in public.

She said: "The last thing you want is to be pulling up your pants all the time."

Eugenia then asks her client to bend down to her knees with her hands in front of her legs touching the floor.

She says the waistline of the jeans didn't move when she bent down – meaning they were the perfect fit.
