I'm a DIY fan & gave my bathroom a makeover for £1 – people can't believe how good it looks | The Sun

RENOVATING any room in your house can work out to be very expensive.

But one savvy woman has set out to prove how that doesn't always have to be the case.

Klowee, who posts under the acronym @paws_111, took to TikTok and explained how she gave her bathroom a striking update – and it cost her just £1.

In a short video, the savvy homeowner can be seen drawing over her discoloured white tile grout with a solvent-based black permanent marker pen.

And within seconds, the bathroom looks as good as new.

So it's little surprise that people were eager to know the exact pen Klowee used.

I gave my council flat kitchen a makeover using a hairdryer & lick of paint

"Permanent markers from Poundland. 10 for £1!" she confirmed.

"Much better than those grout pens off Amazon."
