Duchess Meghan’s Makeup Pro Launches First Collaboration

Meghan Markle is one lucky duchess. She’s not only married to royalty, but she had the magical hands of celebrity makeup artist extraordinaire Daniel Martin create her perfect bridal glam moment at her wedding in May 2018. And while we might not all be able to employ Martin as our personal glam guru, but thanks to Cuyana, we can get a little taste of his genius.

A Guide to Meghan Markle’s Best Bags, Shoes and Accessories From Her Royal Tour

Behold: Cuyana x Daniel Martin. The makeup pro collaborated with San Francisco-based contemporary design house to create a new Vanity Case and Tech Case. The Argentinian-leather cases have been crafted to stow your small essentials (and beauty products) in style. And like all Cuyana goodies, you can personalize the bags with monograms.

And the prices are reasonable enough for non-royals, too — the Vanity Case Set retails for $110 and the Tech Case set will run a cool $65. The latter is the perfect pebbled-leather bag that allows you to stow your toiletries conveniently, thanks to gusset detailing along the sides that reveals a main compartment and a removable pouch as well as an interior pocket.

And the Tech Case? The modern silhouette was designed to be spacious enough to fit your makeup brushes and even extra cords for things like chargers. It was crafted to fit inside the Vanity Case because, as we mentioned, Martin is a genius.

But beyond the lovely feminine design and functionality, these carryalls are fabulous for yet another reason. Martin is donating all proceeds from the collaboration to H.E.A.R.T. and Cuyana will be matching the donations in kind.

Of course, there’s also the fact that the Duchess of Sussex has also worn a Cuyana bag to an official outing too. It’s like a Markle double-whammy in the best way possible.
