Joe Perez, Aurora James, Gabriela Hearst and Others Design Joe Biden's Inauguration Merch

Joseph R. Biden Jr. and U.S. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will soon be taking office at the White House, and merch celebrating the upcoming presidential inauguration is out now. Spanning an expansive series of apparel, accessories, home goods and other merchandise, a wide selection of collectibles were made by American designers like DONDA‘s ex-Art Director Joe Perez, Aurora James, Gabriela Hearst, Victor Glemaud, who were also responsible for Biden and Harris’ campaign merch seen back in September.

Leading the lineup is a black hoodie designed by Joe Perez. “UNITED AMERICA” is boldly emblazoned at the back of the piece, above the words “RECLAIM OUR SENSE OF PURPOSE.” Small portraits of Biden and Harris are placed at each end of the words, below which a map of America is seen. As a finishing touch, Perez added the words “A TIME TO HEAL,” at the lower portion of the graphic, while Biden and Harris’ campaign logo and an image of the Capitol Building appear on the front of the hoodie.

Another noteworthy piece in the series is a long-sleeve printed with the phrase “unity won over division,” a nod to Biden’s victory and a follow-up to another long-sleeve from September’s range of campaign merch, which displayed the words “unity over division.” There’s also a $1,200 USD silver medallion engraved with a portrait of Biden on one side and the official 2021 Inaugural Seal on the other — those who want a more affordable medallion can opt for the bronze version, which is priced at $65 USD. Other merch like socks, coaster sets, bracelets, magnets, plates and photo frames round off the celebratory offerings.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ inauguration merch is currently available on the official Presidential Inauguration Committee Store’s website, ranging from $5 – $1,200 USD.
