Outdoor furniture label Helinox has opened its second flagship store in Dalmaji-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan. The new space, titled the Helinox Creative Center Busan (or HCC Busan, for short), is both a showroom and a storefront that puts Helinox’s furniture and equipment in action.
HCC Busan, which recently underwent remodeling to obtain a wave-like facade, boasts curvaceous windows, several decks and enlarged branding on its exterior. Inside, the store packs the brand’s entire catalog across several floors.
Helinox’s most iconic designs, including Chair One, live on the second level, which hosts most of the label’s outdoor line, while the third floor houses Helinox’s tactical product category, emphasizing an all-black theme. The fourth level showcases the imprint’s home line, with furniture and design objects that are intended for both camping and daily usage, alongside the Helinox Cafe. Lastly, the top level features a terrace where Helinox products will be displayed.
Alongside the store’s opening, Helinox debuted a collaborative collection with Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design, which includes co-branded versions of the Sunset Chair, Chair One, Table One Hard Top, Court One Convertible and Court Leg. The collaboration can only be purchased by winners of a digital raffle, which will go live for two days from 11 a.m. on March 18 to 11 p.m. on March 20.
