Glashütte Original just revealed the newest iteration of its Senator Chronometer model in a serene colorway.
Inside the 42mm white cold case lies a silver-plated dial in a galvanized gray hue. Its face is accented with blue embellishments, which comprises solid gold Roman numeral appliques, a track chapter ring, poire hands, and a 3 o’clock panorama date display on the. Beneath its 12 o’clock mark sits a day/night indicator, while a small seconds subdial takes over the 6 o’clock direction.
Viewable from its exhibition caseback, the time-teller runs on a manual-winding 58-08 caliber. Geared with 5 bars of water resistance and up to 44 hours of power reserve, the movement also boasts an astounding frequency of 28,800 hourly vibrations.
To correspond to the sleek and elegant hues as featured on the dial, the timepiece is paired with a dark blue Louisiana alligator strap, topped with a white gold fold-over clasp.
