If you’re associated with Jordan Brand in any sponsored form whether you’re a signature athlete or a big-time NCAA football program, you can expect to be taken care of. This year, the colleges that are endorsed by the Jumpman have been treated to special Air Jordan 6 player exclusive colorways, and the iteration for the Florida Gators has been revealed.
For this installment, the kicks directly translate the Gainesville-based university’s signature colors. Textured leather uppers are predominantly covered in a royal blue hue and feature distressed white lines that pop out of its various panels. Like the other schools’ makeups, chenille patches that split between “23” on the right foot and a Jumpman on the left side appear on the throat and this is backdropped with orange patches inspired by varsity jackets and sit adjacent to lace toggles that are adorned with the Gators logo. The school’s mascot also shows face in a larger fashion along the heels to show more school pride. Midsole molds are painted with more orange and mated with creamy outsoles down below.
Check out a closer look up above and note that these will not be sold to the general public.
In other news, an Air Jordan 1 Low with green snakeskin patterns has popped up.
