This Morning fans are delighted Ruth Langsford has announced that she will be returning to the ITV show alongside her "TV son" Rylan Clark.
The presenter posted a montage of energic clips along with the caption: "Excited to be reunited with my TV son @rylan on @thismorning tomorrow….let the fun begin!"
Ruth, 62, also told fans that she looked forward to them watching the 10am program on Monday, 22 August.
Celebs and fans rushed to the comment section with Rylan gushing: "ONE WEEK ONLY MUTHHHAAAA . See u in the morning gorgeous", as doctor Amir Khan wrote: "Yesssssss".
One user wrote: "Dream team!" while another penned: "It’s going to be amazinggggggg".
"Yes!!!! My favourite", quipped a third followed by a fourth person who said they simply "cannot wait".
The British journalist has not been on the show this year but her return was announced earlier this week with Rylan himself breaking the news.
The Eurovision pundit was on ITV recently where he confirmed he and Ruth would be taking the reins for a week in the summer.
Speaking to Friday presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, he explained: "I am coming back for one week only, one week only with my lovely telly mum Ruth. Me and Ruthie are gonna do the show in the summer for a week. I can't say no to Ruth can I."
It's been a while since either of them has presented the daytime series, but now both are back together to replace hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
There's normally a mixture of hosts taking the wheel during Holly and Phil's absence, and this summer has been the same.
Fans of the ITV daytime show were reportedly gutted when Ruth and her husband Eamonn Holmes were replaced as regular Friday presenters by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary after years on the show.
It's said that Ruth and Eamonn were "hurt" by the way they were treated as viewers complained on their behalf.
Since then, Eamonn has quit ITV altogether for a new job on GB News, while Ruth has remained on the channel as an anchor on Loose Women.
