With his brown eyes and stubbled jawline, he could be mistaken for Guy Ritchie.
In fact this is the film director’s son Rocco Ritchie, seen in pictures to mark his 22nd birthday.
The artist, who paints under the name Rhed, was pictured with his mother Madonna who turned 64 yesterday – and seems to be getting younger as her son grows older.
The singer, who split from Guy Ritchie in 2008, is on holiday in Sicily with several of her children and reportedly spending thousands of pounds on her own celebrations at an 18th century palace.

It comes amid claims Madonna is spending ‘thousands’ of dollars to mark her upcoming 64th birthday.
The legendary musician is currently in Italy, where she’ll celebrate her special day at Palazzo Castelluccio in Sicily, according to The Sun.
But before her August 16 birthday, she took to Instagram to wish her son Rocco Ritchie a happy birthday of his own.
The young man — whom she shares with ex husband Guy— was born on August 11, 2000.
Madonna turned to the photo-sharing app to upload multiple images from a decadent dinner gathering overseas.
The fashion-forward singer–songwriter donned a cream-colored silk dress that was covered in a pink floral pattern.
The number was short-sleeved, hugged her curves and had a modest collared neckline.
