Perrie Edwards pays tribute to beau Alex on fifth anniversary with romantic snap

Perrie Edwards has paid a gushing tribute to her beau Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain by sharing a sweet Instagram snap for their fifth anniversary.

The Little Mix star has had her hands full recently as she juggles being a new mother alongside her career, but she still found time to show appreciation towards her footballer other half.

In a throwback post shared to her Instagram account on Saturday evening, the 28 year old shared an image of herself leaning in for a kiss with Alex as they enjoyed a boat ride while on holiday.

Perrie looked incredible in a semi-sheer white lace cover-up atop a white bikini as she cuddled up to shirtless Alex, also 28, with the view of the mountains in front of them.

"Happy 5 years of love to my baby Daddy!" the blonde bombshell captioned the image alongside a black heart emoji.

Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock was quick to comment under the romantic snap: "This" with a teary-eyed and red heart emoji.

One of the star's fans added: "Five years down and forever to go" while a second wrote: "Omg so happy for you. The most gorgeous family ever".

A third fan gushed: "Happiness looks really good on you, I must say".

Perrie and Alex welcomed their first child together on August 21, three weeks before his due date.

The early labour came as a surprise to both parents just one day after they completed their little boy's nursery, as Perrie told her followers she "couldn't believe" Axel came so soon.

Perrie also gave birth just a few days after her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock welcomed her twins.

The doting parents have been officially dating since early 2017 but were first linked in November 2016 when Perrie returned to The X Factor with her Little Mix bandmates.

Discussing the moment she gave birth to baby son Axel in a recent Instagram Q&A, Perrie revealed that her mother, Deborah, who had come to stay, mistook her daughter's waters breaking for the star weeing herself.

Perrie explained that her mother thought she couldn't control her bladder due to being heavily pregnant at the time, with the singer insisting that something was "seriously happening".

However, despite the dramatic moment, the star sweetly said that it was the most "exciting" and "amazing" experience of her life.
