Molly-Mae Hague wears £15k belly chain to beach in Mexico in latest bikini snaps

Molly-Mae Hague sported a rather expensive piece of statement jewellery in one of the latest “outtake” photos she shared with followers of her time away in Tulum, Mexico, over the weekend.

Fans noticed the Love Island star rocking a designer belly chain in a snap as she was seen posing on the tree-lined streets in a white bikini top, blue unbuttoned denim shorts and a pink and white printed top.

Molly-Mae was pictured with her blond hair worn up in a high ponytail as she accessorised her holiday outfit with the striking gold chain, designed with green cross pendants which decorated her slim waist.

The 22 year old had previously worn the statement jewellery as necklaces at the launch of her Beauty Works Christmas Collection back in October last year.

The necklaces are designed by Van Cleef and Arpels and are said to be around £7,750 each.

Molly-Mae also wore at the time a matching bracelet gifted to her by boyfriend Tommy Fury.

After posting herself making new use out of the pricey necklaces, Molly-Mae’s eager-eyed fans soon made the connection and wasted no time in commenting on her jewellery in the comment section.

"The Van Cleef as a belly chain!”, one follower pointed out excitedly.

"The belly chain! My bloated stomach would bust that", a second person wrote.

"To use it as a belly chain," one fan noticed, as someone else added: “Not the Van Cleef necklace as a belly chain…"

Elsewhere in the series of photos Molly-Mae shared with her 6.2 million followers over the weekend, the reality star was pictured standing next to van filled with racks of clothing as she got dressed during a location shoot outside in the sun.

Another snap showed Molly-Mae wide-eyed and open-mouthed tucking into some nachos with guacamole at a restaurant wearing a sage green bikini this time with wooden beads and a brown overshirt worn open.

The PrettyLittleThing creative director’s recent jewellery snap comes after she was spotted wearing £92,000 worth of bracelets on her arm during her trip.

Previously, Molly-Mae had spoken about being put off wearing jewellery after her traumatic robbery experience last year.

“I don't really wear my jewellery any more. What I have left of it I'm not wearing,” the influencer spoke on the Diary of a CEO podcast after the incident.

"It changed things for me. It took that superficialness away. It just made me realise actually these things aren't really important. Your health, and your happiness, and your safety, safety is key.”
