An awkward tweet from Miley Cyrus has resurfaced following her marriage to Liam Hemsworth .
The happy couple tied the knot recently in a super secret and low-key ceremony, nearly 10 years after they first met and fell in love on the set of their movie The Last Song in 2009.
They got engaged in 2012, but as we know, they sadly split a year later.
And it’s while they were exes that Miley slagged him right off in a very public bashing.
When his movie The Hunger Games: Catching Fire came out in 2013, Miley took to Twitter to express the predicament she was in.
She posted on December 5 of that year: "I wanna see the new Hunger Games but that means I’ll have to look at my ex for 2 f***ing hours"
And now that they’re back together and married, one fan with a cracking memory brought it back to everyone’s attention.
Sharing it on Twitter, they added: "Miley Cyrus might be married now but let’s never forget this iconic tweet"
Miley and Liam confirmed their marriage last night by sharing a string of stunning pictures of them on their big day.
"10 years later …..," she said as she hugged her new husband.
The black and white images show Miley, 26, in a simple yet stunning ivory gown enveloped in 28-year-old Liam’s arms.
The actor is dressed in a sharp black suit and holds Miley close.
In another adorable picture, they share a kiss.
They were even congratulated by author Nicholas Sparks, who wrote the book the movie they starred in together was based on.
He said: "This makes me so happy. Congratulations @MileyCyrus and @LiamHemsworth. #TheLastSong"
Miley retweeted it, adding three love hearts.
The couple sparked rumours they’d married in a low-key ceremony when pictures emerged on Christmas Eve.
The pair, who got engaged six years ago, were seen cutting their wedding cake in one of a series of photos and videos from the event on social media.
