Mariah Carey stopped her New Year’s Eve performance for a beauty pit stop.
The diva, who famously botched her 2016 Times Square ball-drop performance, took the stage at Nikki Beach in St. Barts — but pulled her hair and makeup team onstage for a touch-up midshow.
The “Touch My Body” singer had her face blotted by several people, telling them, “Keep me together, keep me together.”
She said of the Caribbean environment, “It’s sweaty and warm and tropical and all those things.” A spy tells us, “She said something like, ‘If you’re going to post on Instagram, let me look good.’ ”
Carey had one outfit change and sang an hour-and-a-half-long set that included hits like “Emotions” and “Always Be My Baby.”
