Louise Thompson has flaunted her blossoming baby bump and revealed her tummy has "popped" due to her pregnancy.
The 31 year old announced she was expecting her first child with fiancé Ryan Libbey, 30, last month and is keeping fans updated on her journey.
Made In Chelsea star Louise is currently 19 weeks pregnant and has donned stylish gym gear as she posed with her sweet bump – but admitted she wanted her "boyish figure" back.
Writing for her lifestyle brand Trtle, Louise said: "This is quite a big deal for me. My tummy has POPPED. This morning I took my t-shirt off after hosting my live workout and noticed that I'd been hiding a balloon under my chest."
She continued: "For the past 5 (ish) years I've worked out a lot, eaten relatively healthily (most of the time), and basically had the pleasure of looking down at a six pack.
"I have reaped the rewards of being very active because I've felt light on my toes, incredibly aerodynamic, flexible, super strong, muscly, well balanced, well proportioned, and sort of invincible.
"I've never experienced so much as a broken toe or a pulled muscle before (touch wood that my luck doesn't change).
"I always thought that I was going to handle pregnancy like a G and be a super stoic, and a superwoman.
"I also thought that my entire body would stay the same shape, that I would maintain all my upper body strength, keep building glute strength, whilst looking super lean, and that I would have a little round ball at the bottom of my abdomen that would sit below my abs (that would still be there) and that I would be dancing around like a feather enjoying 4/5 classes a week."
However, the reality star went on to admit: "Turns out that's not how we rollin'. It has taken me a few months to come to terms with my changing body because I honestly never anticipated these changes in the first place.

"It wasn't something that EVER even popped into my head, my ONLY focus since day 1 of trying to conceive (which has been quite a long journey) has been to get pregnant and to carry a healthy baby.
"Now I laugh at the fantasy of pounding the pull-ups for the full 9 months.
"When I sit down and really think about it, this transformation MUST have been fairly gradual (4/5 months), but it really doesn't feel THAT gradual.

"I started noticing pretty big changes from week 3 of pregnancy and then things have just continued to escalate and shock me ever since.
"Some days I wake up looking curvy, some days I wake up looking tiny, some days I wake up and I love the way I look and others I don't.
"People told me I would go up 2 cup sizes but I've already gone up FOUR. I always wanted bigger boobs, and now I want a boyish figure again for practical reasons."
