Kardashian knows firsthand what it’s like to gain confidence by prioritizing health and wellness. The reality TV star went through quite a public weight loss journey not once, but twice. Prior to her daughter being born, Kardashian adopted a new health and fitness routine to get in the best shape of her life. However, when she was pregnant with her daughter, True, she gained some stubborn baby weight that took a while to lose.

If you mess up, you have tomorrow to start again. It’s that simple. Don’t set goals that are unrealistic. In the end, that will only get you discouraged and possibly have you give up. Even though Kardashian is fully invested in her health journey, she’d be willing to self-sabotage rather than eat one food. The Good American owner has been candid about the fact that she absolutely hates pork. Us Weekly did a deep dive into Kardashian’s hatred of pork and found that she doesn’t even enjoy bacon. Though she will eat turkey bacon, pork bacon is completely off-limits for her. In fact, Kardashian refuses to cook with pork of any kind. When a recipe calls for pork, the 35-year-old is known for making substitutions in a hurry. Even Thanksgiving dishes are no exception, and Kardashian is known to omit the pork out of classic stuffing recipes.
In fact, Kardashian hates pork so much that she’d rather gain weight than ever be forced to eat it. Back in 2017, she played a game of “Would You Rather” in her app. When asked if she’d rather eat pork or gain ten pounds, she easily chose the latter. “I would for sure rather gain 10 pounds, I don’t think I’ll ever eat pork in my life,” Kardashian confessed. Clearly, her hatred of pork runs deep. Only time will tell if she ever changes her stance on the matter.
