I’m A Celeb’s Naughty Boy clashes with Kadeena Cox as he becomes chef on ITV show

The camp kitchen got heated on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! as Naughty Boy clashed with Kadeena Cox about cooking dinner for their campmates.

I’m A Celeb returned to ITV on Tuesday 30 November after the show was cancelled for three nights following technical disruptions and damage to Gwryth Castle from Storm Arwen.

However, before the campmates left the castle over the weekend, Dame Arlene Phillips and Kadeena completed the terrifying Bed Chamber of Chills trial and won 10 out of 11 stars.

Their triumphant trial saw the celebrities receive oxtail for dinner, but things got heated as Naughty Boy took over the role of chef from Kadeena.

Naughty Boy started cooking and told Kadeena: “Just chill.”

To which the Paralympian replied: “You know I’m such a do-er.”

Kadeena previously shared the role of camp chef for a few nights with Louise Minchin, so she started to give Naughty Boy some tips.

The music producer responded: “Kadeena please, I’m just working it out.”

Before he said to Snoochie: “I’ve never cut oxtail. Before I’ve even got into it Kadeena’s telling me, ‘Naughty you need to…’”

Kadeena replied: “If he’s going to moan about it, just say it to me. I was just trying to help.”

The music producer responded: “The thing is, before I’ve even cut it, you’re telling me what to do.”

Naughty Boy has clashed with Kadeena before over cooking dinner, with one exchange leaving Naughty to go to bed without eating, even though the campmates typically starve all day on rice and beans.

The La La La hitmaker admitted he didn’t know much about oxtail and Kadeena added: “I was just letting you know there was a bone that was going to be hard to get through. I’m cool not helping, I was just like, whatever…”

Naughty Boy remarked to Snoochie: “That’s not rude is it? I don’t want her to take it the wrong way.”

Kadeena curtly said: “It’s cool.”

Later, the heartthrob of the castle, David Ginola, tried to help Naughty Boy with the cooking, before Naughty quipped: “This is what they say about too many chefs in the kitchen, isn’t it?”

It’s not the first time Naughty Boy has upset members of the camp when cooking, as he left Frankie Bridge in tears are remarks about the cooking of the rice.

In the Bush Telegraph, Naughty Boy said: "I’m quite passionate about cooking and maybe this isn’t the place to be passionate about cooking. I don’t want to be the one who says it, I’m just being real, it’s not rice."

An upset Frankie then spoke to her fellow campmates, saying: "Why can no one talk about rice in here? I can’t deal with it."

She added: "I’d rather not have rice at this point. I just hate any confrontation. Now I’m like, ‘Oh my god, did I say something bad?’ Now I’ve offended him… why am I talking about rice

Some of the campmates avoided the kitchen to stay out of the drama.

Matty Lee escaped and said: “It’s quite stressful being around the [cooks] isn’t it.”

Louise agreed: “Sometimes you just need to get out of the kitchen.”

After everyone had eaten, the tension appeared to diffuse as the celebrities praised Naughty Boy for his culinary skills. Arlene gushed: “It’s amazing! Brilliant" as Frankie said: “It’s so nice!”

Kadeena joked that the music producer had done so well, she was “retiring” from the role as camp chef. She said: “Well done, it’s nice mate. That’s it, I’m retiring.”

But Naughty Boy still couldn’t agree with her, and replied: “No please don’t say that.”
